Noves Green color ESD insulation materials are made of fiberglass & epoxy resin with high-temperature and high-pressure forming, They are a kind of engineering plastic sheet, They are as same as Durostone, Ricocel, and CDM materials. Have been developed for wave solder pallets and all procedures within the PCB wave soldering assembly process, Standard operating temperature is more than 320°C and the standard operating temperature is 280°C. It is hardening resistant in the soldering process without delamination, It is a very good material for PCB test fixtures, wave & reflow soldering pallets, SMT fixtures, and solder Full Process Carrier.

The standard sheet size is 1160x1260mm, sheets can be cut into smaller sizes in our workshop before delivery and it’s free of charge, It will make it easy for the shipment and save process before use. Just let us know the size that you want when you place an order!

Free sample

We can provide a sample (size 160x160 mm) for testing or checking the quality … samples are free of charge but should be sent by the customer’s courier account and by freight collection.
